What happens to my remaining credits at the end of each month?

Unused plan credits do not roll over. Your monthly credit allowance resets every month, including when you choose annual billing. Prepaid credit packs are separate and do not reset monthly.

How do credits work?

Credits are generation units: a Smart Edit uses 1 credit, a Medium image 2, a Pro image 8 and a property copy generation 2. On the web one credit is A$0.20, so a Medium image is A$0.40. Buy a pack, use it whenever, no subscription needed. Subscribers can hold credits too; they are used once the monthly allowance runs out.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Can I switch between different plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately; upgrades are charged pro rata now and downgrades are credited to your next invoice.

What happens if I need to stage more photos in a certain month?

Accepted Answer

Buy a credit pack. Once your monthly allowance is used up, generations draw on your credits, so you never have to wait for the next month. You can also upgrade your plan for a larger allowance.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are handled as set out in our Terms. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
