What Housegrid is

Housegrid is an AI platform for real estate marketing. Upload raw property photos and get studio-quality, listing-ready images back in minutes, furnish empty rooms with virtual staging, tidy lived-in ones, and generate buyer-focused listing titles and descriptions from the same upload. Every image is delivered in high resolution without a watermark, ready for portals, print and social.

Deepwork and Composition

Deepwork is Housegrid's image model. It handles exposure, colour, sky and clarity automatically and powers virtual staging, decluttering, sky replacement and grass repair. Composition is the listing copy model. It reads your photos and writes titles and descriptions tailored to each property.

Who it is for
